New and Updated Features for Version 7.2

Version 7.2 includes several new and updated features:
Forum provides new search capabilities. This new and improved search follows the Google type search pattern. For example, if you enter "weather Massachusetts", you no longer need to add an "AND", as the search will now search for both words. You can still specify additional and advanced search modifiers by using the new Search Options.
The new Search allows you to search by zone, current workspace, or using other options. Search results are now posted on a separate search results page that allow you to preview the entry to ensure that it contains the appropriate data. After opening the entry in the preview window, you can work directly on the entry. For example, if you search returns a discussion entry entitled "The weather in Massachusetts is cold", you could reply to the discussion entry from the Preview window.
Forum has a new HTML editor that works on most browsers and allows you to use different HTML options. The HTML editor is also available in a number of new areas, including calendars, To-do lists, user profiles and message of the day. It is now possible to use different HTML editors on templated custom commands.
There is now a To-do list tab, from which you can access your action items, or your tasks. If you have the correct privileges, you can also see other people's tasks. All of your action items are "rolled up", or available on one page for easy access.
You can send Forum e-mail messages and notifications in HTML format. For example, your message can contain different fonts, images, and links. Forum sends each notification in both HTML and plain-text format, and your e-mail program determines which format it is able to display.
Now you can drag and drop a new attachment to a discussion or your web files. Click the button to see the new folder. Then drag and drop your file onto the attachment folder. Duplicate files are now automatically versioned.
Managers can now create User Categories, that allow you to provide additional information about yourself in your user profile. Modify your user profile, and select the user categories that have been created by your managers. You can use these categories to provide filters when you're searching for people.
Forum now supports html notification for workflows, and has improved notification when someone replies to an entry. You can also access all workflow activity by using the new "View Workflow Activity" menu option.
If you are using merged calendars, they will now appear on your My Summary page. Merged calendar entries can now be added to Microsoft Outlook.
Internet Explorer users can set their message of the day to remain in place, or to scroll across the screen.
The search for users has been streamlined with a new Find people toolbar option that allows you to find users quickly. You can also search for people on new categories that allow you to search on a person's expertise, speciality, location, or other criteria.
When adding a JPEG to your user profile, they are automatically scaled. When you use the new Find people toolbar option, you will see thumbnail images of the JPEG entered in user profiles. This applies only to JPEG files. If you add a GIF to your user profile, no images will be available in the Find people toolbar option. However, GIFS are visible in your User Profile.
